Desired Qualities and/or Requirements: Candidates must hold our customers’ satisfaction as their top priority. The ideal individual will conduct business based on honesty and integrity, with both the company’s and the customer’s best interest in mind, all while having fun, continuing education, and improving lives. Two years’ experience or equivalent is required for this position. One must be proficient in the understanding of refrigerant usage, gas & electrical components on all units, including straight AC units, air handlers, heat pumps, furnaces, mini splits, and duct work. One must be able to uninstall old and install new equipment in its entirety professionally, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Knowledge of restaurant refrigeration a plus. One must present and carry themselves, always, as professional, knowledgeable and respectable. Dispatch from office every day required – reliable transportation required until vehicle assigned. Must be able to actively train and mentor Installation helper. Must keep company vehicle clean and organized. EPA certification required. If one does not have, then an active plan to obtain will be established if hired. Candidates must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to work in confined spaces. Must be willing to work more hours during extreme weather seasons. Monday through Saturday work week is absolutely required. Must be able to verify work history as a Lead Installation Technician.
